nephrite.com is a small, Vienna-based project built around one material: nephrite. Not a general crystal shop, not a big retailer — a focused collection of newly made pieces and hand-picked vintage finds, built slowly and honestly, one piece at a time.

A Māori kuru pounamu ear ornament from around 1769, collected during James Cook’s voyages, is on view in the South Seas galleries — one of Vienna’s clearest encounters with nephrite as a living cultural object.
